I much rather would have knowledgeable, qualified, and certified mechanics of a product do repair and maintenance work that someone who has a generic understanding of automobiles, and uses generic parts. Service up front--at the counter--also matters (assuming, of course that the final work has been done properly); friendly people with a no-nonsense approach to needs and costs allows me to leave with a peace of mind in knowing--or at least thinking or believing--that I have been treated fairly. More
