I alternate my service on my Hybrid 2023 RAV4 XSE, which is my third Toyota since 2005, between Maita and Modesto Toyota. I coordinate medical, car service, shopping and other appointments in these two 'big cities' so I accomplish as much as possible on these day trips. I am happy to say that since discovering Maita and bringing my car in for service twice, so far, across the board, all aspect of servicing my vehicle at Maita Toyota of Sacramento have been great experiences. Even if I am quoted 90-minutes on a 5K mile service and it takes a bit over two hours, I would rather they do the job right the first time, instead of rushing it and cutting corners. For 20-years I have used Toyota service exclusively on my two Prius and now my RAV4, at Toyota dealerships in Fort Myers, Florida, Dallas, Texas, San Rafael, Modesto, San Francisco and Sacramento, and I am happy to report Toyota service is consistent no matter where I go. Took over 2 hours for an oil change. They held all cars until right before closing and checked out 15 people at once. They are always responsive and appropriately concerned when I have questions about my cars service. Appointments are easy to name and the time frame they give for completion is always pretty darn close t when I have questions about my cars service. Maita does a good job. Only drawback is waiting 2-3 hours for a scheduled oil change and inspection. Surely they can do a better job of scheduling. I told the clerk that I had two free oil changes left. He told me I could only use one before the end of the year. If I have two, I can use them whenever I want. I can go a week later if I wanted to. I got the oil change and I got a tire rotation I don't believe that I got a tire rotation after all. All of my tires were reading low. I took it to get the tires inflated and they were all in the 20s. So I don't believe I got my tire rotation after all. The fact that my car was not returned to me appropriately makes me doubt the complete service. I'm not even sure if I got an oil change. I will never return to Toyota Sacramento. I will continue going to Roseville despite living in Sacramento. More
