A simple "complimentary" 1st time oil change took 90 minutes, with an appointment! They didn't even wash my car or offer to wash my car. My husband had similar negative experiences with the Subaru he bought at Maita, 2-3 hours for services that should have taken half that time. Neither of us will ever return to a Maita dealership. When I bought my used Prius there last year, they lied to me, did not give me the trade-in amount they had promised. They sold me a car with no spare tire, even though on the inspection checklist they checked off that it was included, and never answered my email or voicemail inquiries about it! Also, there was no cargo cover, even though the online description said "covered cargo area". How do you sell a Prius without a cargo cover?! It's like driving with the trunk wide open. They said it was an extra $600+! I found one on Amazon for $90, including shipping and tax. Don't go to Maita! Go to Elk Grove Toyota or Folsom Lake Toyota or ANYWHERE else. More

Easy to get appointment. My car was taken care of. Did have to take it back but was told I had to run it certain miles for it to reset. So waiting on that. The service person had no idea about this factory "recall," even though the service was schedule by the service department manager two weeks earlier and parts were ordered. The repair was done within the six hours estimated, and I was pleased that after they replaced the fuel tank and the fuel gauge sender unit that they completely filled up my vehicle with gas before returning it to me. Of course, they had to way to test whether the fuel indicator was working properly unless they filled it up. More
Been coming here for quite some time now initially with my Tacoma and now with my RAV4. I have to say that this latest visit wasn't the best because of the time it took for a routine oil change (nearly 4 h my Tacoma and now with my RAV4. I have to say that this latest visit wasn't the best because of the time it took for a routine oil change (nearly 4 hours this time), but as expected the service was thorough. Also it was disappointing that the car wash was inoperable. Qerim was friendly enough and knowledgeable, but unlike other service advisors he did not keep me posted on the status of my vehicle. I had to inquire with him myself whereas in the past I've received text messages as the service progresses. After not hearing anything for three hours I asked him how much longer it would be. He indicated he would let me know but I was eventually called to the counter by a different advisor for checkout. This made me wonder if my car had been sitting there completed and I was lost in the mix somehow. I still plan to come here for service next time but if I encounter a similar experience I may look to another Toyota service center. More

Worse service experience I ever had at Toyota. Service advisor Priscilla never called with any updates, I had to call in myself to check on status. She lies, says the car will take max 3 hours for a brake advisor Priscilla never called with any updates, I had to call in myself to check on status. She lies, says the car will take max 3 hours for a brake job but took over 6 hours. Didn't do anything else we asked them to do. Never going back to this location. This isn't the only bad experience I had with this location. I gave them 3 chances to change my mind but all 3 times has been all bad experience with them. Never going back, finding a new Toyota shop to go to. More
