When I brought my Prius in for what I was certain would be an $800-$1,000 job, I was pleasantly surprised when i only had to pay $170. Two hours for an appointment oil change and suggested air filter. When I complained about the wait, the technician told me they don’t make money on oil changes and are short staffed. The group was very helpful in my case. In order to access the fuel pump for replacement we had to remove the drawer system from the back if my suv. Excellent customer service rep from Lisa. I did not like to wait more than 2+ hours for a quick service maintenance.
