Even with arriving on time for appointment, I waited at least 10 minutes for someone coming to say hi and another 20 minutes to be checked in. So many employees are working inside the building at service department and no one gives any attention to waiting customers outside. Simply I don't like Toyota service. More

All good except. Except my dash cam was disconnected and then not reconnected. Not sure why one your employers would do that as none of the work they did was electronic in nature. Little to no communication from the service staff. I was told one price for service and upon pickup of my vehicle the price was now higher than the original quote with no explanation. Service advisor very helpful after I left Maita. Got home found oil leaking under engine, phoned and came in and Angel Cruz went to the mat for me and got car looked at, Drain plug left loose, Fixed and I wa found oil leaking under engine, phoned and came in and Angel Cruz went to the mat for me and got car looked at, Drain plug left loose, Fixed and I was fine, let me rent a car and I came in the next day to pick up my 4Runner. I had spent 2 hours waiting for an oil change and lube in the morning. Did not want to wait in the afternoon. I feel much better knowing the personnel at Maita were quick to respond to my problem. Rude and disrespectful customer service rep who gave me the wrong information and told me I didn’t need an oil change when my oil was black causing me to go elsewhere. Although my appointment was at 7:00, I still had to wait 1 and 1/2 hours for oil change. I had asked to have settings put back to what I wanted on dashboard, but nobody would help me.
