Hade to have AAA jump my car to start it then came to get a new battery at Maita Battery was 5 years old with 2 years let on a 7 year one. Service advisor said we would get $25.00 off a new one since it di a new battery at Maita Battery was 5 years old with 2 years let on a 7 year one. After waiting for 3 hours I wet to check on the progress and was told it was still testing and it would be another hour or so. I was not told you would have to test the battery for 4 hours or so before getting a new one. All I wanted was a new battery. It took almost as long to deal with checking in and recovering my car after the service was performed. It took about an hour to get an oil change and tire rotation and 45 minutes to get in and out. While it is quick service, the service advisor seemed very awkward and maybe a tad annoyance because I could not understand him. I explained I am deaf. I had issues with the ride service offerings for rides to and from my house during service.
