Customer service can improve by a lot. Service empolees talking to each other while customer is standing, not aknowldging customer, and the car wash seem to never work. I will never go back. I asked them to check the HUD. I was told it was working fine when they got in the car to pull it back for service. They still charged a $90 fee to find out the problem. When I asked the service advisor why they charged me for something they didn’t do he said to look a my service receipt of what was completed and that they still had to check the fuses. All the service receipt listed was that it worked fine when they got in the car. They didn’t check the fuses or they would have re-fastened the covers I loosened when I checked the fuses. This isn’t the first time I have been lied to about what service had or had not been completed but it is the last. I purchased my car at this location and have never taken it anywhere else. NEVER AGAIN! More

I had an appointment for an oil change and regular service. It took 2 hours, at least half an hour longer than it should have. I did not receive updates on status so after two hours I had to ask abo service. It took 2 hours, at least half an hour longer than it should have. At this point the service reps who check people in appeared to be sitting around. I think you can improve the process for getting cars done within a reasonable time when people have appointments and to better use the service people to get the “paperwork” done in a more timely basis.
