After dropping my vehicle off around 8:30am, I was told it would be done by the end of the day around 5. I was called a little after 5pm to be told that it had not been serviced and it would be done the fo it would be done by the end of the day around 5. It was pretty frustrating to not have my vehicle and childrens car seats for the entire day, evening and night. More

My oil change appointment that was supposed to be about 1-1/2 hours was 3 hours. I went to lunch and No one called me that car was ready and to discuss problems with car. An issue I would’ve wanted address 1-1/2 hours was 3 hours. I went to lunch and No one called me that car was ready and to discuss problems with car.
