I feel my time is not important to you. I was there for over 2hr , service person made little effort to tell me my car was ready. I walked to desk to ask see if my car was ready And it was!! Maita staff folks are wonderful. While I was waiting to pick up my car in the chilly outdoor area, one of them came up to me and suggested I go inside and wait since it was so cold outside. He could have pick up my car in the chilly outdoor area, one of them came up to me and suggested I go inside and wait since it was so cold outside. He could have just ignored me! The car was clean and the repairs seem to be great. We have been happy with Maita service for the MANY years we have been customers. More
