I really appreciate Maita Toyota Service Department. It starts with the online appointment schedule, and then the reminder text, and the automatic text check in once you are there. The meet and greet staff starts with the online appointment schedule, and then the reminder text, and the automatic text check in once you are there. The meet and greet staff are professional and attentive. The advisor explained verbally and, on the computer screen what my maintenance would include and cost. I bought the car from Maida Toyota and have only serviced it here. While the wait times are long, the waiting area is clean, has comfortable chairs and a nice cafe.
