A bit troubled by the result of the last inspection. It was recommended that I purchase 4 new tires. This was surprising, b/c the car itself only has 30K miles on it, and 2 of the tires are newer than It was recommended that I purchase 4 new tires. I decided against buying anything without giving it further consideration, and I was surprised when I got home and reviewed the inspection to see that two of the tires still have 5/32. It also says that a "mount and balance" of the right front tire was declined, but I don't recall our ever discussing this -- though in all fairness this might be confusion on my part. Your computer won't let me submit the form without identifying who advised me, and I don't remember. In order to submit the form, I've said "Mike Latham", though I know it wasn't him. The person who helped me should be 3 stars, but to be fair to Mike I'm going to give him 5. IT'S REALLY LOUSY TO ASK PEOPLE TO GIVE YOU FEEDBACK, AND THEN "TRAP" THEM WHERE THEY MUST GIVE A RESPONSE IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE FORM. More

Terrible! Rip off. Charged us $208.50 for something we already knew was wrong. They had no solution other than to break stuff to get to the part, and then we w Rip off.
