Why have a warranty I have had nothing but problems with my nav head unit in my truck. I took it in they couldn’t get it to mess up. They told me to drive with my phone n I have had nothing but problems with my nav head unit in my truck. I took it in they couldn’t get it to mess up. They told me to drive with my phone not connected and see if it happens again and if it does they would replace the head unit. I took it back they did not replace the head unit and told me to drive with my phone disconnected again. Five minutes after I leave the dealership it happens again. The service writer wouldn’t call me back. They still haven’t fixed my tuck they just keep telling me to drive with my phone disconnected. Great customer service. More

Painless Service Made my appointment online. Got my car in at the appointed hour. They were ready for me. Had a voucher for free oil change service. They added on Made my appointment online. They added on tire rotation for an extra $30 which I needed (would it be worth $30 to you not to have to rotate 4 tires ?) and reattached a mud guard on the right rear for nada. I saw a 2017 Honda Accord from Maita Honda which was short drive for me to the dealership, however Maita Toyota was much closer and Maita brought that car to me to test drive. The sales rep did not hassle me with any sales and was very honest with any questions I had. I felt relaxed and comfortable and was not pressured.
