I very recently purchased a certified used vehicle from this dealership, which supposedly underwent a 160-point inspection before it was sold to me. This was obviously not the case, as it was sold with a b this dealership, which supposedly underwent a 160-point inspection before it was sold to me. This was obviously not the case, as it was sold with a bad battery that died after 2 days of light, normal usage. They were good about replacing that under warranty, and they also fixed the alignment, which was pretty off. I had to take it back in today to have them take a look at the sound system, which has been fuzzy and distorted, but I wanted to make sure it wasn't user error before I called them about it. After a few hours, I received a call saying they updated the infotainment system which was two versions old (yet another item that should have been checked before it was sold) and that they couldn't hear any distortion. After spending $40 on Uber rides to get myself around, and spending gas money and time to try to bring this car up to their own standards for certified vehicles, on my drive home the distortion was still very present. I did my own diagnoses in five minutes at home, and figured out which speaker the noise is coming from, and I'm taking it back in tomorrow (to the chagrin of the service employee who helped me). I can't believe they're annoyed at me for wanting the car to be up to the standard that they advertise for their certified vehicles. No offers for gas or oil change vouchers, no apologies for the vehicle not being in the condition it was advertised, just lots of wasted time and money on my end. I love Mazda, but if Maita doesn't get it together, I won't be using the dealership for anything other than warranty service, and will not be purchasing another vehicle from them when it comes time to upgrade. More

I took my fairy new Mazda to Maita three times within the last year, as it's the dealership closest to me. The service was disappointing and dealing with the service manager frustrating. The first time they replaced the coil spring, but there is still some undiagnosed noise. Second time, my fuel pump went out and they replaced it. I paid for it out of pocket due to being 1 week after expiration of my 5 year/60K warranty. All the begging and pleading with Mazda USA (corporate) and the dealership managers to include the pump under the warranty left me disappointed in this company. I also question their routine oil change and full inspection process, as in March they said the battery was good and then the battery died on me in April. The GM and the service manager knew I was disappointed, it's too bad Mazda doesn't care about their customers. I will be getting my cars from another maker going forward, as it's too early for my fuel pump and my electric seat to go out at 5 years - that's way too early! More

My wife was shopping for a larger SUV and had settled on a CX-9 so we began to shop around quotes. Having a newborn baby during a pandemic has been a challenge, so we wanted to do as much from home as we co a CX-9 so we began to shop around quotes. Initially, Maita didn’t have the particular model in stock, so I was working with other dealers in the area. As chance would have it, a co-worker recommended reaching out to Maita anyway. I was initially connected with Sherri, who was very friendly and helpful and assured me that if we purchased from them they could get the car and match other dealer pricing. Meanwhile, I still had not heard back from the other Mazda dealership I had been working with in some time despite a few follow up attempts. The next day, I received a call from Kelly who confirmed they would have the trim we wanted on their lot by the weekend. After settling on price, everything was clear and upfront - no tricks or surprises. We completed most the work from home and were able to sign the remaining documents outside and in less than 20 minutes we were on our way. This was by far one of the best dealership visits we’ve had - thanks to both of you for a great purchase experience! More
