Over the years, I have generally purchased new cars. In this case, they had a car we were specifically looking for - a 2006 third generation Mazda Miata Sport. Solvi Noonan greeted us on the lot, and In this case, they had a car we were specifically looking for - a 2006 third generation Mazda Miata Sport. Solvi Noonan greeted us on the lot, and she was very familiar with the car and how things on the car operated. She thoughtfully answered any questions we had pertaining to the car. She could not have been nicer, and we felt no pressure. She allowed us to test drive the car for well over 20 minutes, and did not mind me probing and checking over everything on the car for better than 30 minutes or so. We did not buy the car that night, but came back the next day to purchase it. She was very pleasant to talk with while the paperwork was being prepared, and she introduced us to Dominick Caserta in the finance office. He was very nice and knowledgeable of the warranties that could be offered on the car, even though it was 16 years old. We never felt pushed into purchasing an extended warranty, we just felt that it was a good choice on our part. Later, we enjoyed conversation with Ron Kaulen, the finance manager. I will have to say that we could not have been treated better and left with a good feeling. We bought the oldest and most probably least expensive vehicle at the dealership, but we left feeling more like we had just bought the most expensive vehicle there. Truly a wonderful experience, and we would not hesitate purchasing from Maita Mazda again in the future.
