Work Suggested by Service Writer I just had my rear and front brakes replaced in November and your Service writer told me the rear brakes were reading low and needed to be replaced. A I just had my rear and front brakes replaced in November and your Service writer told me the rear brakes were reading low and needed to be replaced. Also that my battery needed replaced. I got my battery less than two years ago and every time I come in for an oil change they tell me the same thing. I have had absolutely no problems with my battery or any stalling issues whatsoever. As far as the brakes are concerned, I am speechless, since rear brakes need to be replaced less frequently than the front brakes. My rear and front brakes were also replaced by your dealership. I expressed my frustration with the service writer and she said well if their drum brakes sometimes they read funny like that. Needless to say I was so disappointed with the experience. I thought the days of recommending service when not needed was over. I have been a long time customer and since Maita took over, this has been my experience. Also I don't see the picture of the service writer (quick oil change). More
