Everything was going pretty well as I was finalizing a finance / sale. The young sales guy (name escapes me, started with an A, Arthur?) was extremely polite and patient. Answered all my questions, and generally was 10/10 no pressure style car salesman. Then Todd came in and completely tanked the entire thing with his poor attitude. Greatest quotes include "You don't have the right to choose who finances your loan," "All of this double checking and triple checking, its extra steps for you and its extra steps for us, and its just getting redundant," "You're reading into this [meaning the numbers of the deal] too much" as I explained to this guy that in my humble earning bracket I was negotiating the largest purchase I have ever made in my entire life, and this dude was nothing but hostile to me. I asked to simply SPEAK ON THE PHONE to my credit union (which I had gotten loan approval for in advance) and the conversation got even more hostile. Imagine a police interrogators response when the suspect says 'maybe I should get a lawyer' and that's how Todd acted. He got blustery, he got accusatory, he got defensive about both his own and the dealerships reputation. He was just not acceptable in any ones idea of a car buying experience. Todd, this is for you. If you came across in a calm, measured way with the intent to provide reassurance to some one who was about to make a purchase, you would have had a sale. Instead you came at me in a hostile manner, which is poor customer service. Maybe its not a good idea to tell a customer who asks to speak to a representative of the entity providing their loan that you say something like "the car will be for sale until you provide a check" You owe me an apology for your attitude. I like the car, but not as much as I dislike you. Everyone else at this dealership was very polite. Just remember that we weren't arguing over numbers or amounts, we were arguing over why I shouldn't call my credit union to discuss my loan before I signed it. 100% serious. Arthur, thank you for being patient with me. You have a good career ahead of you in sales. I did not interact directly with Jai but he was very responsive and polite over email and phone. More

Craig was friendly, courteous and professional throughout the entire process. All of the staff I communicated with were friendly. I initially brought my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation, and to ha the entire process. All of the staff I communicated with were friendly. I initially brought my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation, and to have an issue where the vehicle rattles badly when idling in Drive. I noticed the rattling was still present after picking up my car and now my tire sensor light was also on. I brought my car back in the following Saturday to have Craig address the rattling, as it was not inspected at all the first time, and to have the tire sensor light checked out. It ended up that the right motor mount was bad and needed to be replaced and my tires were underfilled. Craig said the replacement was under warranty and parts would arrive in 4 business days and I would receive a call when they come in so I can drop off my car a third time. I picked up my car the same day and again the following Monday the tire sensor light came back on. I dropped off my car for the 3rd time Thurs 4-7 and mentioned that the tire sensor light was still coming on. Craig had my car serviced Saturday morning and I was able to pick up my car that afternoon and was again great to work with. Upon picking up my car from the service desk, everyone was friendly but again I was not asked if I had any questions or offered to have someone go over the paperwork. I was just handed my keys and told to have a good day. I wasn't even told where my car was parked so I was left to find it on my own somewhere in the parking lot. Craig was assisting another customer at this time so I was unable to speak with him. The paperwork said there were no tire leaks and all my tires were filled to 32PSI but again Monday morning the tire sensor came back on. I checked the car's recommended PSI for the tires, labeled on the driver door, and it says cold tire pressure for front tires is 35PSI and Rear is 32PSI. All of my tires were set to 32PSI, I filled my front tires to 35PSI and reset the sensor. At this time the sensor has not come back on. More
