Also their representatives are nice and they don’t sell you bunch of service that you need to do it. My last service advisor is Budd Moore, and I’m very happy with his service because he knew what his doing, also he remember to wash my car that I forgot to mention it to him earlier. Honda makes it easy I have been trying to get my car services for the past two weeks at facilities outside of Honda, i.e. no appointment needed, just pull in and wait fo I have been trying to get my car services for the past two weeks at facilities outside of Honda, i.e. no appointment needed, just pull in and wait forever! I realized that was not going to work in my situation! I went online- Honda makes it so easy-to-use- selected my service, appt time and shuttle, done. I showed up Monday and by the end of the day every thing was done and done well! Thank you Ron and your fine crew! More

Apparently a rodent chewed some wiring, and created the problem. The service team was able to come up with a solution that was effective, as well as more economical than a complete replacement of the wiring system. I appreciate the time they took to assess, repair, and explain the problem. More
