I had a negative previous experience before and refused to go back, but my husband gave them another chance. We went in for a service and was never told how much it would cost for the service and they also to go back, but my husband gave them another chance. The mechanic wasn't able to replicate the problem but he was driving around rather than trying to start it a few times. Horrible experience, didn’t even work on my vehicle I dropped off at 0700 am. No call from service advisor letting me know that work wasn’t completed, only thing they did was change oil. Would have thought the safety issues would have been top priority but I’m sure those don’t make the dealer money. Said they rotated tires yet the snow dust on rims and tires were undisturbed. Not sure what they did for 10 hours of having my car, I just know to use their words, “No work completed due to time issues.” I could get a oil change at jiffy lube in 20 minutes and pay 1/2 the money. More
