The appointment for my traverse was 7/5 because when I shift to park car indicates it is not in park. Parts were ordered and parts were to be received within a couple of days and I haven't heard a word. I shift to park car indicates it is not in park. It was a long afternoon but the problem was waiting for the courtesy wash. The service was completed in the two hour time frame, but I waited another 45 minutes for the wash and dry which I do appreciate. the courtesy wash. After meeting with the service rep, he told me that it would be about an hour and a half to get the service done.
