The truck was in to get a recall processed. The Service Writer, Nick Kotsolvolos explained the process and made an appointment for me to bring it in. Dropped my truck off on Monday, got a call on Wednesday letting me know the truck could be done on Friday. I told them I would be out of town until Friday and I would pick it up on the way back i Wednesday letting me know the truck could be done on Friday.
