They don’t listen to their customers took my truck in for new bolts on the fenders and a rattle in the front and traction control button the light is burned out and that my cruise control doesn’t have 80 mph new bolts on the fenders and a rattle in the front and traction control button the light is burned out and that my cruise control doesn’t have 80 mph has 79 & 81 but no 80 they told me 2 days my truck would be ready on the fourth day I called to see how my truck was doing the service person said that the bolts on the fenders was done but that there was no rattle and the cruise control worked got no phone call on the truck when I called I asked for the manager I got mike don’t know if he is the manager or not he tried to tell me the same thing I had to get mad and tell him to listen to me and let me talk told him the same thing I told the service guy Sheff when I got a callback from mike now they found the rattle and that my cruise control didn’t have 80 took your service team to tell me in 4 days that my truck was fine butt took mike 15 minutes to tell me I was right once again you don’t listen to your customers More
