Scheduled an apt, still took 2hrs for an oil change. I waited in the lobby the entire time and was late to my next apt. I showed up 15 minutes early to be safe but they still didn’t take my car back for I waited in the lobby the entire time and was late to my next apt. I showed up 15 minutes early to be safe but they still didn’t take my car back for 30 minutes, 15 minutes AFTER my scheduled apt. I assumed 45 minutes would be enough time, I was even open to waiting an hour or even an hour and a half which is overkill, but two hours for an oil change is absolutely ridiculous, especially with a scheduled apt. Quality of service was low considering I was told on my last oil change that they’re supposed to vacuum front carpet and clean front windows, neither were attempted. Jiffy lube next door does this service every time! I was just as disappointed with my last oil change but after leaving my last review was assured by one of the agents that they would take better care of me next time so here we are again. I don’t feel that my business is appreciated. Vince was great, very friendly. It’s the actual oil change service I seem to keep having problems with. It would be nice to keep my business here since I plan on continuing to buy chevys. Not to mention I will be needing new tires soon. I’m just extremely disappointed in my last two visits and don’t know if I want to risk another attempt. More

Nick was easy and efficient to work with and kept me apprised of status. I came for front brake and rotor replacement. I picked up at end of the day and didn’t realize old parts were in the bed of truck apprised of status. I came for front brake and rotor replacement.
