I was somewhat concerned at first as I arrived for my appointment and wasn't told until I asked (after waiting a few minutes outside) that my advisor that day left sick and "the next available advisor wi appointment and wasn't told until I asked (after waiting a few minutes outside) that my advisor that day left sick and "the next available advisor will help you". But I had an appointment! Another gentleman seeing me waiting outside then assisted and asked an advisor if she would help me. This person immediately said yes and greeted me to her office and my experience thereafter was perfect. Her name is Cruz Coronel. She is outstanding in every way you'd expect. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and curtious. When my car was ready she greeted me again and made sure everything was as I expected with the car and paperwork/billing. I will definitely ask for her next time and think she should be acknowledged by the dealership for her top level service! More
