Your certified used car manager is a joke. He knew the blazer we bought had an old battery and it’s was 3 yrs old. He wouldn’t replace it and the driver side rear break was grinding. I was going to buy a new traverse from this car lot but I not go sure now cus I see how your team works. I dealt with ford and your company is no different. My daughter put down a lot of money and to have things not working right and having to replace a battery and breaks. More
