Bryana's service was top notch. Brought my vehicle in for routine check and tire rotation, an issue developed with what turned out to be the communication on the can bus and the cam Brought my vehicle in for routine check and tire rotation, an issue developed with what turned out to be the communication on the can bus and the cameras used for super cruise and adaptive cruise control. She arranged for me a ride home and back while they looked at the issue. It was funny on the way home, I saw what looked like my truck getting on the freeway, and it was my truck, going on a test drive to resolve the issue, that is how fast she got her team on resolving the issue. It's been 2 months and they haven't paid off my trade in. No answer, no call back when I reach out to finance. When I got a hold of someone in sales they wouldn't help me, told me to just keep calling financ No answer, no call back when I reach out to finance. I had to keep calling the service dept to figure out what was going on. More
