It was a great visit. I was going to get an oil change but I also needed routine maintenance done. Alfredo wrote that up and secured a ride home for me since it was going I was going to get an oil change but I also needed routine maintenance done. My car has been in the shop since Dec 2021 yesturday i recieved a call stating my car is completed and to come pick it up. I paid my deductible and paid for some extra parts and labor. While they were get recieved a call stating my car is completed and to come pick it up. I paid my deductible and paid for some extra parts and labor. While they were geting my car I returned my rental and went back grabbed my car to go home. I live about 5 miles away once I got to the to the off ramp my car stalled and would not drive or reverse just kept rolling backward since i was on a hill. I called the dealership they transfered me to the service department then someone there told be to drive my car back. How can i drive my car back if it will not drive? After being transfered to a 3rd person said they will send someone to pick me up and a tow truck. When the tech came out their he asked if i can push my car back i told him no. Then the manager came out as well to see my car. He said he will get my car back however do they not test drive the car before giving it back to the customer? If i didnt break in time i could have it the car behind me. He stated he can try to get me back into rental, seeing i need a car but rental companies are closed. I will not lie I was scared and cursing because of the fact the dealership risked my saftey and thank goodness i did not have my child in the car. The rental company i renturned my car to is open. At this point i just want my car back how long does it take? Shouldnt they check its safe to drive? Why did i and my insurance spend all this money if they cant properly do their job? More

I went in for a rear brake service which I was quoted 3 hours max. and I was 5-1/2 hours. The time prior to that my wheel lock was not put back in my glove box and I had left at Maita.
