I was very disappointed to see when I picked up my vehicle after my oil change that the windows were not cleaned and the inside of my vehicle was not vacuumed. When I go to Jiffy Lube, these services are provided with the oil change. They also go over what they did and show you the fresh oil in the car. For a dealership, I would think that these little extra details would be provided with my service. More

This was most certainly the phenomenally personal buying experience ever. Initially, I went into this purchase knowing that I deserved a nicer, more reliable, and family-friendly vehicle. The lightly-used R experience ever. Initially, I went into this purchase knowing that I deserved a nicer, more reliable, and family-friendly vehicle. The lightly-used R/T Durango fit the bill and Elisa from the dealership was my initial starting point. Right away, I was welcomed and offered a test drive without haggling or pressure. After the drive, I left the dealership knowing that I would be putting in an online credit app, for an opportunity at what I hoped would be my next vehicle. Initially, I wasn't approved... but with the grace of OUR CREATOR, a deal was put together and what was once a dream began to come to reality. Once the terms were agreed upon, the delivery date required Elisa to hand-off the completion of the deal to Timothy who was extremely courteous, professional, and understanding.
