I was recently in to purchase a 2023 suburban that had just arrived that morning. Robert called me and said the truck was ready so we drove 3 hrs from our house to get to the dealership. Upon arrival I no just arrived that morning. Robert called me and said the truck was ready so we drove 3 hrs from our house to get to the dealership. Upon arrival I noticed that the hood was up on the e vehicle. I thought maybe they are just doing the pdi. We started paperwork and then about a half hr later someone from the service dept. came and told us that the truck would r start. I realize these things happen, but I have a feeling that the problem might have been known before we came down to the dealership and we were told what we wanted to hear just to have us sign the paperwork. It was discovered a few days later that it was a loose ground preventing the truck from starting and the truck was delivered to us which was very nice. I just wish we didn’t have to make a wasted trip down there when we didn’t have to. I feel like I wasn’t told the information that I needed to know. Ryan Koehler More
Bought a new 2023 Traverse this year and had a headliner issue falling down. Called multiple times and no call back. But service did call back about oil change a month later.
