Ask for Nate! Excellent Service! Not a cheesy sales man! Nate along with every one else at Chevy were awesome! Last year i came into Chevy with not so great credit, not a lot of money down, and i was backwar Nate along with every one else at Chevy were awesome! Last year i came into Chevy with not so great credit, not a lot of money down, and i was backwards in the car i owned. They didn't try to push me on cars i couldn't afford and waist my time. Instead they worked so hard to get me into a brand new 2013 Chevy Sonic with only 42 miles on it and pay off my old car. I was shocked to say the least! Nate called to check on me in the future months to see how i liked my car. I then directed my father in law to Nate as well and he also bought his car from Nate. No hassle there amazing! Today i went to purchase a second vehicle for me and my boyfriend, again i was in a crunch. I needed a low payment because i already had a payment on the sonic. I went straight up asked for Nate and right away he said hi Amber! I couldn't believe it. It has been about a year since i bought my car from him and for him to remember my name showed i wasn't just another sale, he truly cared. I was on a time crunch today as well and Nate along with the others worked very hard and fast and we ended up walking out with a used 2014 Chevy Cruze!!! Again shocked!!! To sum it up i wont be going any where else to purchase my cars in the future, i found my dealership!! Thanks Nate and Thanks Maita Chevy of Elk Grove!! More

Negotiating price can be a trying experience when purchasing a car, but all concerned made it as pleasurable as possible with their warm and friendly manner and no-pressure service. Also Dan Navroth, who drew up the contract was timely and very efficient. Especially appreciated Derek driving the car I arrived in home for me while I drove my new Traverse home. In addition Derek went through great lengths to explain the many features of the car which was greatly appreciated. He gave me his card and told me to call any time for further information. Really appreciated him doing this. Hats off to all employees involved with our purchase. More

Deal w Rich Barbour. He is fantastic to work with! I am very busy and usually do not have time to do these sort of reviews but I want to make an exception for Richard Barbour. I needed to find a daily driver as I was getting tired of wasting my sports cars as my daily commuters. I have bought many cars in the past and have generally found sales people to be untrustworthy and unreliable. This is NOT the case here! Not at all. I was very surprised as to how easy it was to work with Rich and his team. First, I found that he was very comfortable with texting and emailing. As I said, I am incredibly busy so this convenience is worth a lot to me. I had a ton of questions prior to buying the Cruze and it was so easy to text Rich with my questions. I always received a thorough answer promptly. Furthermore, there was no B.S. when working with Rich. He laid out the numbers clearly, explained the process, and we worked through the details very quickly. This was my first time leasing a car and I still cannot believe how easy the whole process was. Rich was very patient and worked very hard to get me all the rebates I could qualify for. A+ service! Last but not least I am still in contact with Rich. I do not hesitate to text him whenever I have a question about my car and always get a response. I texted him about some accessories a while back and he got it taken care of without me having to check back with him. I think these qualities are very hard to find with a dealer/salesperson, let alone with people in general. I have always hated buying cars, the sales people never listen to what I want just try pushing me into what they think is a good deal. Shopping online I search out the car I wanted and the price and that's how I found Heidi . She responded quickly and a few times on her off time via txt from her phone never making me feel like she didn't listen or have time for me. When I finally went to the dealership after 2weeks of shopping and going over options ,Heidi helped me find not just the car I could afford but with so many options I hoped for not expecting to get. Who would have thought I would not just be excited to pick up my new car but meet this person who made it all happen! You couldn't tell we just met all the laughing going on in her office, the friend I brought with me for backup asked if we knew each other . Fast friendly service, listen and cared about my needs , understood the fear of my first big purchase walking me through all my silly questions this girl knows what she doing and I'll be back to buy from her. Plus my friend that was with me when I got my car went back a week later and Heidi helped her also :). I tell everyone about her and how buying from her is the only way to buy cars.
