I told Maita up front my goal was to keep my monthly payment as low as possible. After signing the contract I found an optional package I did not ask for was included on the contract. Upon calling them payment as low as possible. After signing the contract I found an optional package I did not ask for was included on the contract. Upon calling them and asking the package to be removed because I did not see it I was told I was “playing a victim” by Travis, one of their finance managers and that I had signed the paperwork. The package that was included a cancellation contract clause so instead of helping me cancel it he told me I was stuck with it. Overall as a first buyer experience I would say it was awful and wouldn’t recommend it. More

They allowed us to use the new EV discount of $7500 at time of sale. Very nice bonus for us. Also, when they suggested additional features/service that we did not want, they did not persist (too much) in time of sale. Very nice bonus for us.
