I tried to trade in one of my work trucks I tried to trade it in from my local community in Oakdale Because I like to shop local and keep the business locally But who ever the sales manager is didn’t trade it in from my local community in Oakdale Because I like to shop local and keep the business locally But who ever the sales manager is didn’t work hard enough to even give me a offer on my truck or put a credit app in so I called Maita not only did the take my trade in they picked it up and drove it off and. Delivered my new work truck to my location they did all this in 3 days after I gave them pictures of my truck and filled out credit application the service I received was top notch and the turn around as well so I’ll be doing all my business with these guys for now on. More

I don’t understand why it took 2 hours just to replace oil and rotate tires. Other places like jiffy lube only takes less than 10 minutes. I was disappointed in the fact that I had made an appointment and was told it would still be at least a 2 hour wait. I typically use the Stockton dealership but I was going to be in the area so I mad appointment and was told it would still be at least a 2 hour wait. I was told by the representative that helped me the online system was double booking people but why not let people know ahead of time that there is a problem with the system and there will be a long wait so people can adjust their schedules ahead of time .
