Inhibited buyer, left relaxed. I had visited several other dealerships before coming to Maita. People tried to convince me that I wanted something I did not want. The vehicle I was coming to see would already be sold or not as listed. Sales people were very pushing having financial people team up with them to run my credit etc. My experience at Maita was the opposite. They showed me the car I came for. Never tried to sell me a more expensive car and I dealt with the financial person after finishing required paperwork. Everyone was friendly but not intrusive. I felt my questions were answered honestly and respectfully. Being a female some of the other dealerships I went to talked down to me as if I were too ignorant to know my needs. Maita staff listened, gave good advice when appropriate. Joshua Crumb assisted me since I came on a day my internet sales person was off. He stepped right in and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone was hard at work trying to help me get done with required paperwork so that I could make it at work on time, I had a 3-hour drive ahead of me. No one overpromised and I left feeling at ease. I haven't received my loan paperwork yet, but am hopeful everything will be straightforward as we discussed. My only disappointment so far was the car was poorly detailed. It appeared as if they sprayed some oily substance on it to make it shine but didn't spend much time cleaning it first. That is a minor issue and something I can remedy myself. More

Satisfied customer!! My interactions with Maita Chevrolet started with seeing a 2007 Corvette on CarGurus, that I was interested in. Within a very short time of identifying my interest, I was contacted by Robert Anthony, Internet Sales Consultant. Mr Anthony was very attentive to my text messages and requests for additional information and photos. The addition information, photos and critical feedback from Mr Anthony, made feel very comfortable in traveling approximately 200 miles to meet with Mr Anthony at Maita Chevrolet and test drive the vehicle. Upon my arrival at Maita Chevrolet, my son and I was greeted by polite and professional personal that put us in contact with Mr Anthony. Mr Anthony immediately responded to my arrival and began showing my son and I the vehicle. Mr Anthony took the time to show me every aspect of the vehicle and answers the additional questions I had regarding the vehicle. My personal interaction with Mr Anthony, his attention to detail and his formatted test drive, helped me make the decision to purchase the vehicle. Once in the purchasing process, Mr Anthony continued this same attention to detail and professionalism, which included purchasing my son and I a sub sandwiches due to us growing hungry for the long drive following through on the paperwork process.
