Issues during checkout I recently visited Maita Chevrolet Service for an oil change. I was told by the cashier she was having computer problems and that I needed to register online with a new rewards program. I informed her I want to use my existing credits on my transaction as well as receive credit for my visit. She informed me I have TWO DAYS to sign up and receive my transactions credit. More

She said my car 2018 Chevy Traverse does NOT equipped with a spare tire and I have to buy a new one. Came home, told my husband what did the service representative told me about my car not having a spare tire. He check my car trunk and they’re it is. I guess the lady I spoke to don’t have any clue what the heck she’s talking about or she’s just not knowledgeable. But overall I got my new tires after 3 days and I am happy that my car is back on the road rolling. More

I thought I wanted a smaller vehicle that was not a Chevy, I found myself at I have been a long time Chevrolet owner 67' Impala , 97'Tahoe, 02 Tahoe. I thought I wanted a smaller vehicle that was not a Chevy, I found myself at the dealership across from Maita Chevrolet Elk Grove looking at a car I thought would work for me. Turns out the car I went to see was not what i wanted and ended up looking at a Chevy that was traded in. Long story short, my daughter and I stood there looking at the car laughing saying "Why we are at this dealership looking at a Chevy, across the street from the Chevy dealership" LOL... Bottom line, we made our way across the street and meet with a sales man named Daulton Shamel who greeted us upon arrival and helped us get all the answers we needed to make a decision on a vehicle. While dealing with Daulton I really appreciated him listening to what I wanted and didnt want. This young man did great and we left with an awesome vehicle from Maita Chevrolet Elk Grove again. More
