Very rude and unfriendly service advisor. First of all service advisor’s tone was very rude and kept my vehicle for 4 days and when we went to pick it up he was acting like as he is doing me a First of all service advisor’s tone was very rude and kept my vehicle for 4 days and when we went to pick it up he was acting like as he is doing me a favor to service my vehicle. Very bad customer service. They didn’t even offer a loaner as they were keeping car for so long, My toyota service dealer gives us a loaner even if car is with them for couple of hours. I was very dispointed by my this visit. I own a business and I know how to treat your customers and have not seen that at this dealership. This service guy was very rude and unfriendly. They need to learn how to talk to the customer in a friendly manner with a smile on face. More

Very pleasant and helpful. I went to Maita having found a used car online at a price that I was prepared to pay. I called ahead and the car was waiting right outside the door ready to be looked at. All the staff were very pleasant and friendly. We were greeted by Fred Walker and then looked after by Randy. It was a very easy transaction and my only complaint was the inordinate amount of time it takes to produce the paperwork and the amount of signatures that were needed. Cassandra who processed our payment was very helpful and we left the lot with a great car, in great condition and were well looked after at every step. More
