The gal behind the counter found my paperwork and said sorry because my car had been sitting and ready for the last two hours, bit no one informed me. They have a text service and I got the initial text that said they will notify me when my car is ready, which never happen. I also never left the waiting room and the service desk can view the whole waiting room and no one came up and said my car was ready. More
