I bought a 1919 Chevrolet pick up I bought a 2019 pick up after we signed all the papers and they told me I could get three months free with the XM radio I found out they didn’t have I bought a 2019 pick up after we signed all the papers and they told me I could get three months free with the XM radio I found out they didn’t have ex M radio available on that truck I told him I didn’t want the truck ( basically they were too lazy for me to find another truck that had it because we had done all the paperwork ) then they lied to me saying It would be just like factory if they installed it later I trusted them and it’s definitely not anywhere close to being like factory Before they lied to it was the best experience buying a Vehicle and I bought over 20 new vehicles in my lifetime and almost all of them Chevrolet The general manager or anyone else it would not call me back Eric was a closer but I don’t know which one More
