Very rude and unfriendly service advisor. Very bad customer service. They didn’t even offer a loaner as they were keeping car for so long, My toyota service dealer gives us a loaner even if car is with them for couple of hours. I was very dispointed by my this visit. I own a business and I know how to treat your customers and have not seen that at this dealership. This service guy was very rude and unfriendly. They need to learn how to talk to the customer in a friendly manner with a smile on face. More

Very pleasant and helpful. I went to Maita having found a used car online at a price that I was prepared to pay. I called ahead and the car was waiting right outside the door ready to be looked at. All the staff were very pleasant and friendly. We were greeted by Fred Walker and then looked after by Randy. It was a very easy transaction and my only complaint was the inordinate amount of time it takes to produce the paperwork and the amount of signatures that were needed. Cassandra who processed our payment was very helpful and we left the lot with a great car, in great condition and were well looked after at every step. More

Came home, told my husband what did the service representative told me about my car not having a spare tire. He check my car trunk and they’re it is. I guess the lady I spoke to don’t have any clue what the heck she’s talking about or she’s just not knowledgeable. But overall I got my new tires after 3 days and I am happy that my car is back on the road rolling. More

I thought I wanted a smaller vehicle that was not a Chevy, I found myself at the dealership across from Maita Chevrolet Elk Grove looking at a car I thought would work for me. Turns out the car I went to see was not what i wanted and ended up looking at a Chevy that was traded in. Long story short, my daughter and I stood there looking at the car laughing saying "Why we are at this dealership looking at a Chevy, across the street from the Chevy dealership" LOL... Bottom line, we made our way across the street and meet with a sales man named Daulton Shamel who greeted us upon arrival and helped us get all the answers we needed to make a decision on a vehicle. While dealing with Daulton I really appreciated him listening to what I wanted and didnt want. This young man did great and we left with an awesome vehicle from Maita Chevrolet Elk Grove again. More
