Bureau of Automotive Repair worthy I have defrost issues where my car was “fixed” a year ago and reported their “repairs” didn’t change my exsisting issue and currently being jerked aro I have defrost issues where my car was “fixed” a year ago and reported their “repairs” didn’t change my exsisting issue and currently being jerked around with telling me “that’s the way it’s designed.” I had to remind them parts were replaced and still no resolution was reached to my issue and I was charged for them to revisit work they “done.” BAR is getting involved and GM engineering assistance are active with no response from dealership.
