Negligence Took car to get regular maintenance (oil change and tire rotation. Brought issue to service advisor and Apparently, cause of engine problem was missing PVC elbow. Don’t know how part was removed or disappeared, but the blame has to go to someone/service technician who worked on my car. Very dissatisfied with what happened to my car. More
