I was basically told it was my fault and that next time they’d charge me for this annoying service requirement. I live 2 hours from them, so taking my truck in for this nonsense isn’t exactly something I want either. I was handed a printout of a page from my user manual with a few lines highlighted. Kind of condescending if you ask me. More
No Pressure I was stress free. No buzzards to pressure me into a sale. I was totally free to walk the site without fear of being stalked or targeted and Fred was I was stress free. Tom was cool and made me feel very comfortable not pressuring me into signing "ANYTHING" without a CLEAR UNDERSTANDING of what I was about to sign. It's all about the approach. I've brought it in 2-3 times for service and your service guys can't duplicate the problem. This last time they had it for 3 days and couldn't fix it. I have this problem on a regular basis. I had walked to a nearby Starbucks to wait the two hours. At 2.5 hours without a call I walked back to see my car waiting outside. According to the paper work it had been done for almost an hour. The notes on the paperwork were not clear and when the rep was called out to explain, he was again very dismissive and rude. No one walked me out the car. Had to remove the number, seat and floor covers myself and throw away. Customer service just awful. I'd much rather pay more to go somewhere else. More
Danny is the best!! Danny and crew did an amazing job servicing my wife’s CHEVY Traverse. Oil change, lube job and oil filter change was done. New Chevy Silverado I initially reached out via telephone to the dealership and was greeted by Raj. He was professional and scheduled an appointment for me to come in wit I initially reached out via telephone to the dealership and was greeted by Raj. He was professional and scheduled an appointment for me to come in with the hopes of purchasing a 2019 Chevy Silverado at a fair price. Upon arriving Raj already had the Silverado I was interested in parked in front of the dealership. I told him I’ve been to many dealerships already and didn’t need to test drive the Silverado. He explained he wanted to show me some features other sales associates may have missed and I should still test drive it if I was potentially going to purchase it. Raj knew his business, so I was confident we would make a deal. I was upfront with Raj of my previous visits to dealerships and my frustration. Raj skipped all the back and forth and offered me a fair offer on my trade in from the jump. I got a fair price on my new Silverado and left a happy customer. More
