Not on time I talked last time in my review about how they are always late. And again, this time I waited close to an hour longer than my quoted time. My time is valuable and i plan my days around these appointments and scheduled times and I have not once gotten my service done in the time they quote me. I think you all need to adjust how long you say your service times are or make some sort of change because it is always wrong and it is not working. More

Never came back till now and the reason I am still coming back is the young man who waited on me. Personable, polite, family man , compassionate and very in tune with customer service. I should also state above and beyond. He checked me in, then as I was at the payout counter came up and shook my hand , thanking me for coming in. I’m a.retired retail manager ~ I recognize excellence in customer service ~ This young Man deserves to be recognized by you. It was raining this day and as you do every time you covered my seat with plastic, and had a floor mat. It would be a plus if you removed the check in tag, the cover and the mat. There is nothing like paying for a service, and actually feeling the difference. The brake fluid required changing. The car is a 2017 with 56,500 hard highway miles on it, and I could instantly tell that the transmission shifted smoother and the brakes were back to being as touchy as they were when I took delivery of the car, just 2 short years ago. With as many miles as we drive, for work, these days, make sure you keep your cars in tip top shape at Maita Chevrolet. (P.S. Best car buying experience ive ever had. I will never buy a vehicle anywhere else ever again. I went to Maita with two trucks in mind to look at. I had previously spoken with Byron, by the su I will never buy a vehicle anywhere else ever again. I went to Maita with two trucks in mind to look at. I had previously spoken with Byron, by the suggestion of Art Wong, about what I was looking for and he had two proposals already worked up when we arrived. One truck ended up being sold so that left us with one truck that we jad originally wanted to see. We went and test drove the truck and my wife and I loved it but wanted to look around at other options just to see what was there. I had originally wanted a standard bed truck but when Byron pointed out that the difference between the standard bed and the short bed was less than eight inches, that opend up an entirely new scope of options to chose from! We ended up picking a 2019 Silverado Crew Cab 4x4! Byron took the time to find me a better equipt truck for less money! The finance department took over from there and Tom worked the numbers so that were able to go no money down, extended warranty, paint and upholstery protector AND a spray on bed liner for a LOWER monthly payment than we had originally expected! I cant say enough about Art Wong, Byron Mudd, Tom Dittmar and the whole team at Maita! If youre looking for a new Chevrolet, dont even waste your time anywhere else! More
