It ended taking an additional two hours, lousy communication, once done it took another 45 min for the paperwork. And we had to tell them we needed to leave and then they finally got it for us. Finally was finished at 3:00!!! Unacceptable and ridiculous. More

Awesome Service We showed up on Friday night just to get ideas of what we wanted, we went to Elk Grove Ford, and Maita Chevrolet we were looking for used cars after l We showed up on Friday night just to get ideas of what we wanted, we went to Elk Grove Ford, and Maita Chevrolet we were looking for used cars after looking at Ford and didn't see anything we liked, we walked across the street to Maita. they had a huge used car section. A salesman (David Zimmerman) approached us no hard core selling, laid back which we both liked after looking at the cars we said we come back Saturday. Got there about 11:30 drove the car, filled out an application finance guy named Fred came out and talked to us said everything was looking good and would have us signing paperwork shortly. Meanwhile David filled up the tank for us and we were out of there by 3pm. Overall we were very happy with everyone at Maita Chevrolet. Ted Canter More
