Incompetent Service Consultants, misleading statements I came in for a simple repair for burnt out bulbs. The Service Consultant Vincent Valdez on October 4 failed to check which failed lamps on my vehicle I came in for a simple repair for burnt out bulbs. The Service Consultant Vincent Valdez on October 4 failed to check which failed lamps on my vehicle were needed. When I talked with him about it, he said the inspection is video recorded. I told him I want to see it. I called Tommy Crase , Fixed Operations Manager, who said the video recorded inspection Vincent mentioned would not have shown the lamps burnt out because no electrical power is applied to the vehicle when that video is shot, as it's just a walk around inspection for dents and other damage. Tommy Crase arranged for me to have a follow-on appointment the next morning. The following morning, Brian Shortridge did not introduce himself, just asked for the key. I had to confirm he was Brian. He told me the work was done, but upon MY inspection I found a burnt out lamp still needing replacement. He got a technician involved and finally all burnt out lamps were replaced. Not a good experience. More
