I felt rushed through the process. The vehicle did not have a full walk through of all the features inside and outside and there were some cosmetic issues and scratches that my sales r The vehicle did not have a full walk through of all the features inside and outside and there were some cosmetic issues and scratches that my sales rep couldn’t be bothered to really discuss with me with at the time I was there so I was put off to schedule with the service department. The service department was awesome! My salesperson I felt was not very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at, and had mislead me on a number of things when working out the sale. I really love my purchase despite those issues. My finance guy was awkward and put off when I had specific questions about things I was signing, but overall an ok experience. More
