Subpar Most of the front desk support seemed friendly and even the service representatives, Danny and Alfredo, had pleasant dispositions but there's more to Most of the front desk support seemed friendly and even the service representatives, Danny and Alfredo, had pleasant dispositions but there's more to be desired, per my experience. I drop my car off to get a diagnostic, in summation the service needed per feedback was an "emission purge" a valve and a pump was necessary. I agreed to the service (the following day...Yes dealership prices are more expensive but geez, $120 of service but charged me $300 in labor..talk about robbery...beware if you are naive about cars because I am sure it could've been done for way less...I was unaware that when given the estimate, that it was $300 in labor. ) and the service rep said that they would fix an item that had been recently recalled on my and as an added bonus 2 years free of Onstar. I was excited about the added perks and said sure. The agent, Danny, did warn me that the part for the "recall" service might take a day because I brought my car in late afternoon and the part needed to be ordered from Reno (a place about 90 miles away). This being Wednesday, he said that I could pick it up on Friday afternoon. The dealership did not have loaner cars so I had to rent a car out of pocket. When Friday came "Danny" the agent was not there and his workload was transferred to "Alfredo". I received no call about the status of my vehicle by noon, so I called and left a message for Alfredo, to no avail. I called the dealership again at 3:30p.m. and "Alfredo" tells me that I had to pick up my car on Monday because parts hadn't come in. I explained how this was impacting me financially before a major holiday and I asked if the shop would be open on Saturday? Alfredo said yes but "parts were backed up and they had customer's cars sitting and awaiting parts since September due to some GM strike". I asked him "who did I need to contact in Reno's part distribution center to ensure that my part would get here? Alfredo did not provide me with a contact. Instead he said that if a delivery came on Saturday, he might have my car completed by Saturday afternoon. I hung up the phone concerned and researching online for a person to contact in Reno's GM parts distribution center but miraculously Alfredo called me back and said an "UPS truck just arrived with my part after I hung up ". I could, now, pick my car up in the morning however it would not have the "recall" part fixed. And I could schedule that service for a later date. I agreed. Picked up my car, paid my for servicing (noted, as very expensive) The main job was completed but they didn't vacuum or wash the car (which from previously getting my car serviced at dealerships seem to be the standard). Nor did they add the 2 years of free Onstar which was puzzling. ( Why volunteer giving a gift , if there is no follow through?) Now I have to inconvenience myself again to take my car back for a 4 hour recall installation. Nonetheless, I hope that the service is better next month. More
It was Simple, quick & convenient!! :) To start, they had my car waiting in front so I could immediately go on a test drive when I arrived. There was no haggling or any hassle @ all. I was @ the dealership a little over 3 hours & all was complete. I was driving away in my brand new 2020 Equinox!!! The staff was professional & courteous, especially my sale rep Gudi Sandoval, he was amazing! He took the time to explain all thoroughly & he even signed me up for the Cosco gift card to ensure that was all done! He was extremely nice & knew all details about the car I wanted to purchase. It was overall an amazing experience & I would recommend this dealership to all friends & family! Thank you Maita ?Checvrolet! :) More

Best Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had Hands down, this was the easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had. I had been in the market for a used 2015 Honda Pilot with low miles Hands down, this was the easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had. I had been in the market for a used 2015 Honda Pilot with low miles for quite some time. In August, I finally found one on the USAA car buying service. I contacted Gudi Sandoval through the USAA app. Gudi was super responsive and flexible with my schedule and methods of communication (email, text, and phone calls). He was proactive, but not pushy or annoying. He was very professional, honest, and down to earth. Since Guid knew that I was coming from San Jose on a weekend with the intent to purchase the car in one trip if I liked what I saw, he lined everything up. Within a couple of hours, we had inspected the vehicle, took it for a test drive, arranged for financing, and I was out the door with our new family mobile. Kassandra Sandoval was also very helpful and professional. She was very patient with me during the signing/closing process. She took the time to explain everything in as much detail as I wished and worked with me to design custom extra warranty options I was interested in. All in all, this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly. And I received contacts from Bubba Harrison every step of the way both pre and post sale to ensure I was completely satisfied. I would highly recommend the staff at Maita Chevrolet. More

For the majority of those years I was responsible for bringing Company fleet vehicles in for service. I always had the pleasure of dealing with Brian Shortridge as my service consultant. When I chose to buy my new car. I didn’t think twice about buying from Maita. I recently had my 7000 mile oil change done, and there was Brian waiting to shake my hand when I got there. He took care of my needs quickly and professionally. When I picked up the vehicle the two ladies in the service department were very gracious, and helpful. They take the time to go over my invoice with me and pointed out one concern that Bryan Shortridge had identified. I explained I couldn’t wait for Brian to come out, and didn’t think anything more about it since he was a minor issue. Brian called me later on and discussed the issue. I would highly recommend Maita Chevrolet service department, to any vehicle owner whether they drive a GMC or not. More
