Maita Chevrolet either does not take the way we were treated seriously or the just don't care. If you need more information let me know and I will provide it or you can find my complaint on Maita Chevrolet's facebook page, YELP or a complaint I filed with the better business bureau. I will also be filing a complaint with Chevrolet corporate office and on Instagram also. Our Salesman, Randy and Cassandra in finance were not the problem. As for service, although I will not be purchasing a third vehicle from Maita, as long as Alfredo is there I will be using Maita's service Department. More

Good Experience with Alfredo Sandoval I brought my 2017 GMC in for a service and a recall. Alfredo helped me out, right away with my 9:15AM appointment. The recall issue was handled, he l I brought my 2017 GMC in for a service and a recall. Alfredo helped me out, right away with my 9:15AM appointment. The recall issue was handled, he looked up codes and found no issues with my vehicle. Alfredo called me when it was ready. This would have been an excellent experience however, when I got into my vehicle; the seats were adjusted forward and not how I had them when I dropped off my vehicle. Not a big deal really, however it is the "Attention to Detail" that makes the difference. Rob More
