It has been a mixed bag with Maita. My new truck had a defective part which triggered an emissions warning. The service guys rushed me through, so kudos to them but it still involved two trips and severa defective part which triggered an emissions warning. The service guys rushed me through, so kudos to them but it still involved two trips and several hours of my time without them offering anything for my troubles on a two-day old truck. Not the biggest of deals but meh. The worst was my follow up phone call to find out what is happening with the spray on bedliner I paid for. A sales rep answered after I asked to be transferred to sales. He told me I had to get a hold of my sales guy. Totally ridiculous. I have to personally hunt him down? I asked to speak to a manager and was told sure and put on hold. I decided to drive to the dealership while on hold. By the time I arrived I had been on hold for twenty-three minutes, and wouldn't you know my sales rep was there. So not only did he tell me I had to find my sales rep, but he was there the whole time. What a garbage way to treat a customer. More
