Horrible experience, didn’t even work on my vehicle I dropped off at 0700 am. No call from service advisor letting me know that work wasn’t completed, only thing they did was change oil. Would have thought the safety issues would have been top priority but I’m sure those don’t make the dealer money. Said they rotated tires yet the snow dust on rims and tires were undisturbed. Not sure what they did for 10 hours of having my car, I just know to use their words, “No work completed due to time issues.” I could get a oil change at jiffy lube in 20 minutes and pay 1/2 the money. Started out online checking inventory and getting preapproved and was contacted by James. We set up an a time for a test drive, and instead of checking out a competitors truck as planned, the wife an preapproved and was contacted by James. We set up an a time for a test drive, and instead of checking out a competitors truck as planned, the wife and I decided we liked the deal Maita was offering us on the Colorado, plus we liked the color. There was NO pressure to buy "now" from the dealer at all. I had no plans to go home that day with a new truck, I couldn't pass it up and the team at Maita made that happen. Thanks More
Nate and Robert were super friendly and made the entire process of looking and purchasing a vehicle extremely easy and laid back. There was no intimidation tactics and they didn’t make you feel forced/stre process of looking and purchasing a vehicle extremely easy and laid back. It has been a mixed bag with Maita. My new truck had a defective part which triggered an emissions warning. The service guys rushed me through, so kudos to them but it still involved two trips and severa defective part which triggered an emissions warning. The service guys rushed me through, so kudos to them but it still involved two trips and several hours of my time without them offering anything for my troubles on a two-day old truck. Not the biggest of deals but meh. The worst was my follow up phone call to find out what is happening with the spray on bedliner I paid for. A sales rep answered after I asked to be transferred to sales. He told me I had to get a hold of my sales guy. Totally ridiculous. I have to personally hunt him down? I asked to speak to a manager and was told sure and put on hold. I decided to drive to the dealership while on hold. By the time I arrived I had been on hold for twenty-three minutes, and wouldn't you know my sales rep was there. So not only did he tell me I had to find my sales rep, but he was there the whole time. What a garbage way to treat a customer. More
