I didn't know who my service advisor was, well let's back up, I just stood by my truck looking like a lost animal and the service manager came out and pointed me in the right direction. Then I was handed of up, I just stood by my truck looking like a lost animal and the service manager came out and pointed me in the right direction. Then I was handed off to Alfredo who was awesome and took great care of me and actually listened to what I had to say. Great service, and the truck got taken care of as well. Thanks to all! More

I kept smelling a burning smell on my new 2021 truck a week after buying it, turns out the dip stick was never in place and was leaking oil all over. Then a few days later I’m an hour and a half away fr week after buying it, turns out the dip stick was never in place and was leaking oil all over. Then a few days later I’m an hour and a half away from home and the power steering goes out and I can’t move my wheel. I call the dealership in hopes to speak with a mechanic and they transfer me to the guy that sold me the car and told me to take it in somewhere. Never offered to speak with a service technician in his location. Just thought it was super unprofessional and unsure why these things would be happening on a brand new truck. Thanks for the help! More

I went to just look and test drive a car. I was meet by Nate. He did not come off as those guys you see in the movies and just try to sell me a car. He took his time asking me questions to see exactly wher Nate. He did not come off as those guys you see in the movies and just try to sell me a car. He took his time asking me questions to see exactly where I was at in my car shopping experience. He gave me all the information about the car I was checking out. Nate offered a test drive and we went on our way. I ended up purchasing the car and it was a no hassle experience and I felt totally comfortable with Nate and finance people.
