Best service experience ever !! Due to a dental emergency, I called Alfredo at the service department to see if I could do an early drop off on Saturday for a Monday appointment. Dropped the car of emergency, I called Alfredo at the service department to see if I could do an early drop off on Saturday for a Monday appointment. Dropped the car off on Saturday and I was not expecting the car to be worked on until Monday. Alfredo called me back later in the day on Saturday and told me the car was finished !! Wow - what a pleasant surprise !! The service department went above and beyond and I am extremely happy with the entire experience !!! Just awesome customer service !!! More

Nate stepped up to the plate and made a bad situation much better. Purchased a vehicle that did not meet my expectations and Nate immediately went into action.
