Vincent is always good to me! Always helps out! But I’m not sure what happened. I was given the final estimate over the phone and when I went to pick it up it went up $200. I made an appointment to drive over 2 hours to buy the vehicle, they contacted me multiple times over the past month telling me they would make the best deal on the truck but they would not even take off vehicle, they contacted me multiple times over the past month telling me they would make the best deal on the truck but they would not even take off 1 dollar and they tried to charge me a bunch of hidden charges and for some preinstalled security device which I declined but they still charged me $250, a sales manager came in and said he would have a manager take some money off that i did not agree with but then the salesman came back and said he wouldn’t. I asked for the fuel to be filled for our trouble but he would not. I will never buy from the dealer again and would not recommend them to anyone More
